You tell me!

 After a trip to Portugal and then before I could get my head straight, leaving for Gencon I've FALLEN BEHIND!! OMG!!  How could I? So for this the MOST wacky of Wedn... erm.. THURSDAYS!!?? Oh dear, I've forgotten what day it was!  How could that happen!!?

Ehem, I feel the need to start over, hold up. WELCOME BACK TO YOUR MID-WEEK ADDICTION!! It's Wacky Music Wednesday with your hostess with the mostess- JASHY TURBZ!!  I do too many ALL CAPS, don't I.. Ok, I promise that I'll not do it any more in this week's post!

Sometimes some of the very finest music I get is recommendations from my closest musical allies! <3 My friends have the most badass variety of musical interests, and I love them so much for it!  Maybe I'll just do a quick write up of some of the best tunes queued up by them?  I mean, after all they likely only shared music with me to get a mention in my world famous wacky music weds write ups right?

Haha, you skipped down here to see that I've lied to you! I'm ashamed, but only MOSTLY ashamed, part of me is amused that you've skipped an entire paragraph just to see that I've once again used all caps on another pile of words. I'm sorry- let's continue!

So as a safe way to protect the innocents, let's use secret names for each of the music recommenders we discuss moving forward shall we?

First off is the lovely "Christina" has gone down a crazy rabbit hole of indie rock bands that have been selling super inexpensive CD's online!  They even put cool little hand-written notes in each disc they sell!  She's going through her goth phase I think!  I love when we discover cool new music together! She's my favorite music explorer when going to record shops and live music events!

Another amazing lady, let's call here "Brooke" has shared TONS of amazing music with me! We've gone to concerts together and she's even been one of my grooms people!  I like to think of her as my heavy metal sister! We've been sharing music for years and even started to venture out to into various genres of music that still today shocks me!

Hayley Williams - True Believer

My brother "Chris" is one of the most knowledgeable guys on the planet when it comes to discovering the most mind melting metal on earth. I knew we'd be friends for life when we shared some of our favorite bands in the breakroom at work. He shares new tunes with me nearly daily and I appreciate finding new music so much!!  He's introduced me to literal dozens of bands I'd never even heard of!  Hell, he's introduced me to genres I never knew existed!

Fear no Slice- Samurai Pizza Cats

"Kristy" always has the mellow reactions to some harsh moments in life. Whether it's looking at the rough side of our current political situation or personal struggles, she's always got an acoustic song to take the edge off. I'll always appreciate her musical style and positive vibes! Sharing music, even when our interests are very opposite is healthy and fun!  

Wish you Well - Pernikoff Brothers

Finally, this dude I call my lil' bro at work is NOT named; "Josh Jaskolski" and we're hilarious to work with!  I'm sure our co-workers just love listening to us share music far TOO OFTEN during the workday. His love for doom-metal has opened my eyes (and ears) up to the genre, and his extensive experiences with other genres of music always blow my mind! I'm so fortunate to have someone to talk metal with during the workday!
