Without bitterness,

one won’t know the value of sweetness.

Without darkness,

one won’t know the value of light.

Without suffering,

one won’t know the value of liberation.

If every desire is easily fulfilled,

the value of hope won’t be known.

If every success comes easily,

the value of gratitude won’t be known.

If every problem is easily solved,

the value of prayer won’t be known.

If every pain is easily healed,

the value of lessons won’t be known.

If everything happens quickly and easily,

the value of patience won’t be known.

If every moment is without worries,

one won’t know the value of happiness.

If every moment is free from negativity,

one won’t know the value of positivity.

If one always has the person they love close by,

one won’t know the value of missing them.

If one’s expectations are always met,

one won’t know the value of appreciation.

Life means balance.

Create your own inner balance.

Know your limitation and balance them with your strengths.

Keep yourself calm and composed.

Run your own race with grace.
